Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted the history of sudden vomiting and diarrhea on Sunday, but no fever, chills nor body ache, had weakness and dizzy spells, but feeling better now. There is slight pain on right side of abdomen, unable to pass bowel movements, if at all then the stool is clay like and green. As per the history you have provided, this looks to be due to stomach bug or bacterial infection. Since the bowel are now difficult to move, you might have colitis remaining, causing pain. Green stool indicate infection or inability of the bile to get a chance to break down and present as it is in stool. Hence I would advise you the following: Get the stool and blood checked . And if infection is present you need a proper course of an antibiotic and metronidazole. This will solve the problem. Symptomatic treatment with anti-spasmodic and other medication as required from time to time.
