Hi Thank you for asking HCM I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely dysentery caused by bacteria or protozoa. The yellow color in urine can be due to dehydration. But if it persist then you should get your bilirubin and liver function tests checked. For dysentery i treat my patients with rehydration by ORS and if severe then Intravenous fluids.Antibiotics also given to cover up the infection.I also prescribe them probiotics or advise them to take curd rice.Hope this may help you. Let me know if you have any further query.
