hi
there are many causes for ulcer in throat. in general treatment includes antibiotics , vitamins and local antiseptic and analgesic gel. Take proper food and rest do salt water gargle 3-4 times a day
Advent works on bacterial infection not on viral infection. These antibiotics are prescribed in viral infection to prevent secondary bacterial infection
