What Is The Treatment For Tight And Painful Knee After Football Injury?
Hi I was playing football yesterday and both myself and a team mate went in for the same challenge, her knee went straight into my back just to the left of the spine. I now can't bend down as I keep getting 'stuck' like I've a trapped a nerve. The whole half of my back feels tight and hurts to touch. What should I do?
