Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of throat pain which is due to tonsils, upper respiratory tract infection or gastroesophageal reflux disease. Need not to worry. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined and start treatment after complete examination. You should get blood and sputum test done. You should go for throat swab test as well. Start treatment after proper diagnosis. You should maintain oral hygiene. Do warm saline gargles. Avoid cold carbonated beverages. Avoid spicy and sharp food. Take throat lozenges.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.

Best Wishes,
