What Is The Treatment For The Itchy Rashes Diagnosed As Dermatitis?

Hello, I have had a very itchy rash on my foot which hasn't cleared up with a steroid cream prescribed by my Dr and in fact got worse with its use. The Dr diagnosed Dermatitis.
Most recently my cats of which I have 17 have had to be treated for Toxicara after one of them vomited the worms. I just wondered if my foot problem could have a link with this???

Welcome to HCM.
It looks to be dermatitis with fungal infection due to long time use of steroid cream.
According to me stop steroid cream.
Start anti fungal cream like clotrimazole,miconazole,terbinafine.
Take tablet of levocetrizine to subside itching.
Some time oral anti fungal drugs like fluconazole,itraconazole and terbinafine is needed to get fast recovery.
Also be watchful for triggering factor.
Keep in touch with your doctor.
