Hello ma'am and welcome.

Your diagnosis is polycystic ovaries. Treatment targets are the following:
-Correction/regularization of your periods (with medication like metformin)
-Only once your menstrual cycle is regular (mandatory) can we initiate fertility promoters like hCG injections, clomiphene citrate, etc.

Please discuss the same with your doctor as you need to be constantly under the supervision of a doctor to achieve results.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
