hi sir my age is 23 male weight is about 67 kg height is 5.5inches i have a problem of acidity gastric and poor digestion system. when i eat food i feel presure in my chest sometime my heart beating is fast and when i drink eno or other relief drinks i fell well.my health also go down in now a days. therefore i m very upset how i get fitness and make my body perfect plz sujjest me to cure

Avoid spicy food
Do regular exercise and yoga
