What Is The Treatment For Testicle Pain?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...i have had pain in the testicals for six years now and i have seen numerous drs and had numerous test done, i was given antibiotics and told to take tylonal o ibuprophin. nothing as i said seems to work.

Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
Pain in the testicles for more than 6 years is a very long time to suffer. This itself indicates that the Pain may be related to the Sensory nervous system wherein the sensory nerve supplying the scrotal area/ testis is either compressed / pinched or entrapped.
This is possible due to previous trauma in the course of such nerves, hernia, tumors or so.

I would advise you the following:
Consult a Urologist and Neurologist to have proper clinical examination and investigations as per the findings .
Get the correct diagnosis and treatment.
This may be in the form of the nerve release operation or nerve cutting so that the pathway of pain is broken.

Another part is to rule out local problems of the testis, epididymis by physical examination, ultrasonography and color doppler examination.
If some condition is there worth operating to get a relief, get operated after proper consultation and understanding the problem and asking whether that particular procedure will help you or not.
