I am a software professional and my job demands sitting for long hours. 3 months ago, mild pain started in my testicles. I got it diagnosed and the doctor told me that it is due to my sitting posture. The pain has subsided since but now I have started feeling pain in random areas in body, mostly feet. I took vitamin b12 supplements but no improvement. The pain in feet increases immesnsely if and after I masturbate. Pls help.
