ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
Edema of the uvula goes off by day 2 or 3 .
If still there is edema you should consult your ENT specialist and get your antibiotics changed.
There are chances of infection around 7-10 days , that might be causing delayed healing.
In addition continue gargles with betadine and hydrogen peroxide , as both being local antiseptic would help in decreasing the edema.
Take cold liquids and ice cream.
In doubt do reply.
