What Is The Treatment For Swollen Testicle?

I went to the ER the other day because my right testicle was enlarged, they took an ultra sound, and said that is was Hydrocele- Varicolcele; Empididyitis, they gave me some cipro as well as vicodyn, however the bottom of my right testicle has developed a hard naught on the end of it, and is still swollen. what else could this be

thanks for asking
as you have mentioned the three diseases but they can be differentiated based upon proper history examination and relevant investigations......i would suggest to do urine RE to rule out epididmo orchitis....then an US pelvis and scrotum to make a proper diagnosis.........after that appropriate treatment can be started......meanwhile you can take painkillers
