hello,
dear patient, the information given by you is not complete.
we need to know
1. how long you are having nasal stuffiness?
2. Is it on both the sides?
3. do you have any loss of smell issues also?
4. any associated nasal bleed and fever?
5. your age and any medical history?

If your problem is from few days:
start with the following course:
1. T cefoprox 200mg two times a day
2. T Sinarest two times a day
3. Otivin nasal drops 3 drops three times a day, on both the sides
4. T pan 40mg once a day empty stomach
5. T b-complex once a day
6. Steam inhalation
All This for 5 days.

If your problems are for long:
You need to get a nasal endoscopy and X-Ray PNS done.

Hoping for speedy recovery
