General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi ! Good evening. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.

If I were your doctor, I would advise you to stop eating from outside specially the fast and fried spicy food from outside if you do. There could be some compotent of your diet to which your intestines and stomach mucosa might be sensitive to, for example a gluten sensitivity, or lactose intolerance, both of which could give rise to your present symptoms. The best way to diagnose it would be exclusion of selective diet components from your food. Once diagnosed, you could come back to normal activities by avoiding these food. Till then, you have to go for some kind of proton pump inhibitor and probiotic drug.

I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in further management of your problem. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of any further doubts.

Thanks for choosing health care magic to clear doubts on your health problems. I wish you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.
