What Is The Treatment For Stomach Pain?

Hello, I am priya 24 years old. i am getting stomach pain and after i fell to pass the motion. some time i feel the same thing for a few days. especially during the night times. i also fell stomach pain while passing the motion. please kindly tell me a solution to get rid off it.

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the symptoms of pain during the defecation then it may be due to the ascending colon inflammatory condition, I would suggest to wait for few days if the symptoms not improved then you will have to get done the imaging studies of large intestine, second option or differential diagnosis is it could be due to infection and at this point condition can be managed with Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days, hope this information helps.
