What Is The Treatment For Stomach Pain?

Hi, For the past couple days my stomach has felt like I did sit-ups but I didn't. My abs and lower stomach feel tight, like they do after you work out. But I didn't work out. And when I cough I really feel it and it goes more of a concentrated pinching pain, more than jut sore/tight.
Any ideas what this could be from?

Hello, thank you for your query.

This pain seems to be muscle pull. But still intra abdominal pathology cant be ruled out (like acid peptic disorder and/or constipation). If you have burning micturation then urine investigation should also be done.

In case it is pain of abdominal wall, the tenderness is superficial, whereas in intra-abdominal, the tenderness is deep seated. You can check by performing the leg raising test (where you lie on your back and try to raise both your legs without bending your knees) to check. If in doing so you feel pain in the abdomen, then its abdominal wall pain. In such case, take anti inflammatory plus analgesics accompanied by local hot compression and locally applied analgesic ointments.Add tab pantoprazole and domperidon empty stomach . It will be beneficial in both the cases.

If thats not the case then, you probably are suffering from acid peptic disorder and/or constipation. You should take a fibre rich diet along with plenty of oral fluids. Also a mild laxative will help.
In both cases take anatacids sos

Hope this was helpful.
