What Is The Treatment For Stomach Infection?

my son is 18 months old and having stomach infection. His stools are not watery but somehow sticky and passes stool 5-6 times daily, i am giving him Oflamac-M from past 5 days but still not much improvement. Should i continue medicine further, how many days it will take to recover.

Can you tell me the factors like weight, whether he is having fever or not, and how much dose you have given.
Dose might be given in inadequate quantity , also try giving zinc, ors, and probiotics.
