Hi for a few days I've been having a stiff neck and a sore throat and have recently been realizing its difficult for me to stand up because my head throbs so bad I have to sit back down.... What does this mean? Please email me at YYYY@YYYY

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have sore throat. You should take antibiotic treatment. Drugs like levofloxacin, augmentine, azithromycin or cephalosporin can be taken. Warm saline water gargles are helpful. Your neck stiffness may be due to some muscle spasms. You should take muscle relaxant. If it doesn't cure then you need examination to search the cause.
