What Is The Treatment For Sticky Penis Opening?

Hey my name is chase and im almost 16 years old my penis isnt really showing a sign of an std but every now and again the hole will be sticky. And my urethra just feels weird but not to the point where I can feel it only when I squeeze it. Is there a chance I can just dring some water and clear it out if its a small bacteria? Please help. And I have no discharges or swelling of the testicals.

Stickiness at tip of penis show sign of urethritis. for that u have to get urself investigated by giving urethral swab for bacterial assessment. U can take antibiotic after taking advice from urologist.
