Hello.
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.

First, please understand that the doctors are still investigating you.
So they cannot really tell you about what you have till you they know themselves what they are dealing with.
So please be patient.

Unfortunately, from the information that you have given to me, I cannot tell you much except it seems that you have some kind of demyelination possibly. When you say black spots in MRI, it really does not tell me much. If you can upload the report I may be able to help you further. Similarly, you need to tell me more about your symotoms- internal organs and legs cry hoarse does not tell me much.

Please enter a full and detailed query and I will surely try to help you.
