What Is The Treatment For Sore Throat?

hi I had an inner ear op 4 wks ago n the gause caused infection ive had 3 lots of antibiotics that seems to be clearing up now but got up this morning with a sore throat (had a tonsillectomy) my body hurts like hell n a cant get warm im shivering as if im sat in freezer dispite having lots of lares on ,what could it be as im looking after my granddaughter n don't want her to get it ,thankyou .
