What Is The Treatment For Sore Throat , Headaches And Extreme Dizziness?

I have chronic sore throat,headaches, extreme dizziness to a point of feeling like im going to pass out hot flashes and very tired...I have had every test known to man...what else can I do? I m 59 yrs old and overweight.. I take diovan for high BP and Ativan for anxiety..
