Hi, I am Saami Anwer, my age is 24 I have clubbed fingers in both hands i have noticed them one year ago. When i read about the article about finger clubbing and saw the nails same as in the picture. I have been suffering with sore throat and other throat problems like tonsiliitis for a long time.For that i consult many doctors but they didnt seem to find out anything. But when i came across the finger clubbing thing i became worried, they run all tests like heart echo,ecg,x-ray,PFT,Blood plasma ,blood platelets and all but nothing was there except mild restriction in PFT Moreover one doctor said that i have congential clubbing and nothing to fear for while the other said i have GERD and Chronic bronchitis. I am unable to decide which one is right. My symptoms are as follows 1. Sore throat with sticky phlegm most of the time. 2. Difficulty breathing or shortness of breathe some times. 3. Fatigue, weakness and feeling sleepy. 4. I smoke cigarettes since three years 5 cigg a day. 5. My fingertips are totally clubbed. 6. My feet were fine but now they are also showing signs of clubbing (waving nails) .
