What Is The Treatment For Smoking And Alcohol Addiction?

Hello. I am a 40 year old male. Whenever I smoke marijuana or cigarettes or cigars, I get spots on my shoulders where it seems to be fluid under the skin(size of a quarter) then it turns into a red rash the next day.I have had allergy tests done and found to be allergic to many plants and grasses and pollens. Had a patch test done and came back neg.

please help with any info

well... it seems you have a reaction to some component in what you are smoking. THat didn't seem to be the real question.
On cigarette/nicotine addiction... several parts.
1) being really motivated to quit (sounds like)
2) nicotine replacement by a non-plant (pure nicotine in patch or gum is better than an E-cig In Your Situation).
3) ...various other features I do not have space for here, but would love to go thru in great detail with a direct=to=me question if that is possible.
