What Is The Treatment For Sleeping Disorder?


I am of 22years and having a height & weight of 5.9feet and 58kg.
From last 4 years iam suffering form nightfall and I think it is becoz of excessive self masturbation.
Sometime I get nightfall 2 time in a week and somtime not for 10 day even.
Form last 6 month I usually avoid junk food and do some yoga AND EXERCISE too. Definitely it has eased me a little bit.
I THINK I CAN OVER COME IT ALL AROUND.
BUT THE MAIN PROBLEM IS I DONOT GET A SOUND SLEEP IRRESPECTIVE OF HOW MUCH IAM TIERD. WITH IN FEW MIN, I GET INTO THE SLEEP AS I LAY DOWN IN THE BED BUT SINCE FORM THEN TILL THE MORNING, Iam have the continuous DREAM WHERE IAM GIVING SPEECH , IAM PLAYING , HAVING A COVERSATION WITH SOMEONE .OR TACKALING SOME SITUATION.
AND WHEN I WAKE UP IN THE MORNING I FEEL TIERED. MY FACE SEEMS SUNKEN LITTLE BIT AND A DULLNESS IN MY FACE AS IT WAS QUITE GLOWING A FEW YEAR BACK.
I DON’T KNOW HOW TO GET A GOOD SLEEP WITHOUT ANY DREAMS. I AM HAVING THIS PROBLEM FROM LAST 4 YEARS .
I DON’T KNW WHAT TO DO TO AVOID THESE REGULAR DREAMS

In fact, nocturnal emission is caused by lack of masturbation or sexual intercourse and ejaculation of semen. You must maintain a diary and note the masturbation schedule and the night fall events. You will know the actual reason for your problem. Masturbation is not unhealthy if done within moderation. At your age, moderation is twice or thrice a week.

Your lack of sleep of low sleep schedule is due to the stress and anxiety associated with the wrong knowledge about masturbation and nocturnal emission. I suggest you to get over with that negative information. Lead a balanced life with exercise, education, balanced diet and happiness. Automatically you will get good sleep eventually. Please consult a psychologist for counseling.
