What Is The Treatment For Shoulder Pain?

I have ongoing pain in right shoulder, neck and behind shoulder blade. I have had it almost two years now. I got shingles in the right shoulder in August which has made matters worse but its not getting any better and I am experiencing limited mobility of my right arm and unable to lift it as high. Might there be an underlying problem which is manifesting itself in the shoulder and neck?
