I am 42 year old women. Lately it is very difficult to sleep after sex for the whole night as I experience continuous waves of adrenaline, shivering, sometime headache this would last the whole day after

As you describe, it appears to be the hypertension, or premenopause, anemia, or some thing of that sort.
you may find some ting of that sort even after the strain.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
i usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ranitidine, iron preparations,neurotropic injections for few days.
