What Is The Treatment For Severe Ear Ache?

Dear Doctor,

I have severe ear pain in the evening hrs. I take medicine for Diabetics (Actos 30 mg and GLUCOPAGE 500 mg TWICE DAILY for last 3 years. I stopped taking Aspirin last 1 year.

Last 6 months I have ear pain. ENT Doctor recommended Nurobion Forte. Still the pain is not coming down.

Please advise me for pain relief.

Regards

Hello

first we have to find out the cause of the pain and in diabetics it is generally due to an infection or fungus , for this i would like you to meet your ent doctor. once the cause is known , you can be treated.you can take tablet paracetamol 500 mg as and when the pain occurs , but i would still like you to meet your ent doctor.
Take care
