What Is The Treatment For Severe Back Pain?

My name is Tinashe and I am a 19 year old girl. After mopping the kitchen floor today i started to feel pain in my back on my left side around the shoulder blade area. it seems to be getting worse and moving my left arm has become increasingly difficult. The pain seems to be also spreading to my chest, my left breast.

Hi,Welcome to HCM, It seems to be muscular pain .Treatment of this is bed rest and analgescs such as diclofenac sodium 50 mg three times a day after meals.I think your query has been answered.
