What Is The Treatment For Seizures At The Age Of 55?

My sister is 55 and in the nursing home. she has had seizures since the age of 13. she is on keppra, dilantin, lamictal, phenobarb. Nothing has ever stopped her seizures. In fact, they have become worse with age. she had a near death event x 2 and the last one was awful. she aspirated and almost did not make it. Since then, she has had worsening auditory, visual, and tactile hallucinations. seeing people, carrying on verbal converstions, seeing all kinds of critters mostly red spiders. she now sees people with guns. she also states she is living in hell. md at nh tried seroquel. not helpin

Corpus Callosotomy
FunctionalHemispherotomy
Multiple subpial transections
Vagus nerve stimulation
