What Is The Treatment For Ringing In Ears?

i fell down my stairs a couple of hours ago felt nauseated really bad and right ear was ringing and clogged up and i loss my balance for a while could not walk from my kitched to my living room to lay down i came to work for the night feel ok right now but should i see a doctor

Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your history and concerns.
You give a history of falling down, loosing balance and feeling of clogging of the right ear with ringing and now that you are feeling better have attended to the duties.
You must see a Doctor for clinical evaluation and examination and if needed a CT scan for the brain and the mastoids/ears.
I can understand that you are feeling normal but the possibility of an internal injury should be borne in mind and ruled out to be stress free and if there are some positive findings , they can be treated as such.
