Hello and welcome to HCM
Given your medical history and the treatment you must be on, there is chance of your skin being more sensitive, esp to sunlight. The drugs you are on also can cause this.
Have you started any new meds that you may be allergic to?
Also rule out other symptoms like fever, rashes elsewhere, any other signs of vasculitis, ulcers or swellings.
Be careful to apply regular sunscreen at all times when outside. Better to avoid sunlight between 10 am-4 pm.
For now apply flutivate cream on the rashes twice a day and watch for improvement over the next few days. Apply a menthol lotion to soothe the burning.
Visit your dermatologist to test the skin for signs of vasculitis or other causes as you may require longer duration of treatment an maybe tablets.
Since you have not mentioned your medication, I would advise you to consult the doctor to see what is safe for you to continue with.
Hope this helps you.
