What Is The Treatment For Red Itchy Bumps In Children?

I am 14 years old. About five days ago I noticed skin colored bumps showing up in various places. The next day, they started turning red. Yesterday they were very red and noticeable. Today the bumps are small but there is a white ring around them. It is also outlined with a very thin red ring. They have been getting very itchy, but at first they were not.

I can understand your concern.
There could be various causes for those bumps. One common cause is skin allergy. Other causes could be chicken pox, measles, etc etc. There are lot of causes for itchy bumps in children. A physical examination is definitely required to identify the cause.
