Hello dear Understand your concern. Antibiotics use does not cause mylohyoid aching. There may be some other cause like excessive use and streching pain. Just take tablet ibuprufen and apply cold pack I think you have chronic prostatitis. Consult the urologist and undergo proper investigations like: Rectal examination Urine: routine, microscopic and culture CBC, ESR, PSA USG of lower abdomen Advice are as below: Long course of antibiotics: cefuroxime or amoxiclav Pain killer: ibuprufen/paracetamol Laxative to reduce pressure during defecation Tamsulosine: for relaxation of prostatic muscle Finasteridine: for shrinkage of gland Counselling and stress management Repeat the test after completion of treatment Hope this may help you Best regards Dr. Sagar
