Hi im Dean Im a 44 year old male, my question is this, lately when I get sexually aroused i get a clear sticky discharge from my penis. Now i know pretty much for shore that its not a sti. It dosen t smell, ive got no pain at all. It seem to be pre cum but im not sure. Cheers
Hi, thank you for using health care magic. I can understand your concern. Semen is made up of sperms from testes and fluid from other secondary sex organ like seminal vesicle, prostate, epididymis etc. Many times this fluid ejaculate during arousal phase before the actual ejaculation. This is normal and can occur in any male. There is technique called start -stop technique , and squeeze technique which can offer you more control over ejaculation. this will reduce the premature ejaculation of fluid over time. Medicine like sertraline , escitalopram are also useful in reducing premature ejaculation , this medicines are usally prescribed by psychiatrist for treatment of depression but for your condition they are also useful. So i would suggest you to consult psychiatrist for further help if needed. Psychiatrist can also help you out through behavioral therapy in your condition. I hope this will help you. Regards.
