This is my MRI Result. Diffuse posterior disc bulge at L4-5 with minimal right neural foraminal encroachment and compromise to the right exiting nerve Diffuse posterior disk herniation at L5-D1 with bilateral neural foraminal encroachment and compression of the left exiting nerve root

Start with conservative measures like physiotherapy. Avoid bending forward and lifting heavy weight. Try tab pregabaline and analgesics. If no relief in pain or if neurodeficit developed then you may need surgery Hope my advice will help you. Take care. Don't forget to rate me.
