What Is The Treatment For Posterior Central Disc Bulge At L4-l5?

I am 76 years old and my MRI Diagnosis are -
a. Diffuse with focal posterocentral disc bulge at L4/L5 AND L5/S1 levels, indenting thecal sac, contained nerve roots and encroaching upon both neural foramina with evidence of secondary canal, stenosis at this livel.
b. Broadbased posterocentral disc buldge at L3/L4 level, indenting thecal sac, containd neerve rots and encroaching upon both neural formina with evidence of secondary canal stenosis at this level
c. Diffuse disc bulge at L1/L2 and L2/L3 levels, indenting thecal sac and encroaching upon both Neural foramina
d. Grade I spondylolisthesis L4 over L5 and L5 over S1 vertebra
e. Lumbar spondylosis

I don't want to undergo surgery at this age since I have echo problem of Grade 1 mitral regurgitation and Grade 1 aortic regurgitation. Kindly advise.
