What Is The Treatment For Pimples?
Hello sir pimples occurs in my hydrosil and when pressed the pimples some white material like a piece of rice some out from it & Itching some times. I am already using many kinds of antibacteria creame & tablets but it takes no response and pimples increasing day by day. So please suggest medicine or what to do.

I chose to answer this question because of its complexity.
Part of the issue is that you are not too clear I am afraid as regards the 'site' of your 'pimples'! Please do try & affix a clear digital image of the area afflicted on this web-site & you may chose to use the private HCM portal to get in touch with me.
By 'hydosil', I am assuming you mean your 'scrotal sac'. By pimples, I am assuming you mean growths looking like pimples from which the discharge you mentioned, occurs.
This appears to be a condition called 'Steatocystoma Multiplex'. Do not worry..it is a benign condition albeit unsightly.
Please do go visit a dermatologist or surgeon nearest you & get them excised or cauterized as antibiotics will not help & creams are of no use.
