What Is The Treatment For Pimples On The Face?

my son is coming off of 4 years of advair, singular, and nasonex. about 3 weeks after being off all steriods, he got a white bumpy raised rash on his face ( both cheeks). it does not itch or bother him. could this be a side effect of coming of the meds? virus? something else?

The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is Acne vulgaris with pigmentation. Avoid pricking or fiddling with the lesion.Short course of oral antibiotic like azithromycin might be helpful. Topical antibiotic creams like clindamycin may also be used. Topical tretinoin can also be used at night. Consult your dermatologist regarding the above mentioned therapy. Regards
