What Is The Treatment For Pilonidal Sinus?

I am suffering from Pilonidal Sinus since 1 month. Recently went to doctor and he advised me to go for surgery and he told that there will be chances that it may come again. I want to know whether it can be permanently cured with Homeopathy or not? Which is best option either to go to Surgery or Homeopathy?

You should go for homoeopathy because for pilonidal sinus there are exc3llent remedies like silicea ..it has the potential to expel the foreign particle like hairs present in the sinus.
Besides this hepar sulph can also be used when there is much exudation and offensive smell and the patient is highly sensitive to touch.
