What Is The Treatment For Panic Attack And Anxiety?

How can someone tackle with anxiety? He has been suffering from panic syndrome and was on Nexito plus 5 mg for last 20 days and have got much relief. Are there any natural ways to tackle anxiety and reduce reduce the dosage and get rid of the medicine. Intellect wise the patient is sound, no problem with logical thinking. He got this problem due to office stress.

Nexito Plus or escitalopram and clonazepam combination is nice drug for panic and severe anxiety. The drugs has resulted in relief, and there are many non-medicinal methods that can help in increasing the remission.

Relaxation exercises are particularly useful in severe anxiety. Jacobson's Progressive Relaxation Exercises, Breathing exercises help to keep individuals relaxed and result in improvement. These exercises taught individual to find out difference in symptoms while in anxious state and in relaxed state.

Biofeedback is other method that can prove useful in his symptoms. Consultation of a psychologist is needed to attend biofeedback sessions.

Yoga and meditation also have good results.

Ask him to avoid excess tea, coffee, alcohol. These substances tend to precipitate panic attacks.

Behaviour therapy by a trained psychologist will result in quick relaxation.
