Urologist 's  Response
Pain at the end of micturition indicates that u might have prostate infection or stone in bladder or lower ureter. I suggest u to have urine routine and culture to rule out infection. Show to urologist to rule out prostatitis by digital examination. Get Ultrasound KUB done to rule oout probability of stone disease. Treat with culture sensitive antibiotics if required. Quinolones work better for prostatitis. If stone is found, treat it conservatively or with surgery.
