What Is The Treatment For Pain In Epididymis?

I am 28 year's now. I have been suffering by epididyo orchitis(both sides) for ten years. Both testicle have been shrinkage already. Still I feel pain only in my left epididymis. Both epididymises are swollen.I have been confessed wrong treatment.I am in terribly panic. What can i do now. Please give me better solutions and advices.

HI. First of all , You need to see an Urologist or a General Surgeon , Get the FNAC or the biopsy done to know the real - exact diagnosis. This may be a disease like tuberculosis or so.
The proper treatment of the original disease is the most important thing .
