Hi Dear !! Thanks for your query to HCM .
Read and reviewed your query and health concerns.
You seems to suffer from-Frequency with IBS? and UTI.
Pyelitis from Renal Stones needs to be ruled out.
Hurting post-voiding with later persistence of burning, relates it to more with accompanied Spastic Colon with Proctitis.Recurring kidney stone needs to be ruled out also,as there is history of renal stone removal last year.
Plan of Treatment in your case-
Other causes- of perianal-fissure in ano / intero-external infected piles and/ ureteritis from Sigmoid Colitis-needs to be ruled out by proper investigation from Surgeon/ Urologist, before planning treatment for recurring Kidney stone in your case.CT KUB and abdomen would fix the diagnostic puzzle in your case.
Hope this would help you to plan further care of this complex illness of yours.
