with this much high myopia he may go for corneal laser surgery.
ask about this to eye surgeon.
Do not allow him to read in dim light,he should read or write in he light coming from behind.
Give fresh green vegetables,spinach etc and fresh fruits.
give vit A,D and e. tab.
