What Is The Treatment For Muscle Spasms, RSD, And Fibromyalgia?

MY DR left his practice abruptly and now I m looking for a dr. I m a good person and patient that has been living in pain off and on since 1970. I was in a car accident that crushed my knee that has resulted in numerous reinjuries and surgeries over the years. Since 1992, it has been cronic and daily. I have had my kneecap removed and then a total replacement in 1992 and 1994. In 1998 I was put on oxycontin which didnt work for me.In 2001 I was put on 100 mgs of methadone which gave me a new lease on life. I finally had pain control. I didnt know at the tIme that it was a high dose. All s I knew was this new medicine worked! In 2003 I had oxycodone 5mgs added for breakthrough pain and in 2005 he added soma for my muscle spasms. I have RSD, Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy, fibromyagia, nuerpathy, not diabetic, curved spine, thoracic outlet nerve issues, bunions and ny spinebhas fusednitself naturally inbthebthoracic region. I have pain! Because my dr left his practice, I m having a hard time finding a dr. Everybody is either scared of my meds or they want to cure me and take away everythng at once. Thats what im going thru now. Curing my addiction to pain meds is not going to make fibromyalgia or my self fused back , etc., go away. I nees help. What I was doing was working. I could be a wife, mom, grandma, daughter and friend to everybody. I never had med. Issues. Ive been going to the same pharmacy since1992. The only time I changed drs was when we moved. Im a good patient. Can you help me find a dr around Albany, OR
