In your son s case, it could ve resulted from dieterty deficiency of vitamins or sharp teeth or any kind of allergens. I advice you to, 1. Avoid spicy and sour foods for fast healing of ulcers 2. Have plenty of oral fluids. 3. Regular rinsing of mouth with warm salted water & maintain good oral hygiene 4.
