What Is The Treatment For Migraine And Headache?

Hi please help! I am 27 year old female. I cant stand up at all because I get a migraine and have to close my eyes and hold my head! The pain is very intense and goes away immediately when I lay down. I fainted yesterday and had the flu with vomitting and diarrhea. After fainting my hands were numb and tingling for about 45 min and i could not talk correctly for about 30 minutes as well. Went to the er and got iv fluids but still in intense pain with this migraine! Please help!

This requires use of antimigraine drugs and analgesic tablets.
Since you are having fainting on standing hypotension needs to be ruled out.
