What Is The Treatment For Lower Abdominal Pain?
I have had a dull ache in lower left abdomen, sometimes down to my left testicle. Sometimes it almost feels like it goes away. Aggravated by running or jogging or a lot of walking it seems. Started right around the time I started heavy leg press on a machine.

This type of pain is due to varicocele or cancer or torsion of the testis or ureteric stone. The best way is to undergo ultrasonography and color doppler of the scrotum and abdomen. This will give a proper diagnosis to guide for the most proper treatment .
