What Is The Treatment For Loose Motion?

Hi ,
My daughter ( 5 yrs and 6 months old ) suffered severe stomach pain and high fever . As per the advice of ped we gave her Sporidex 250 mg ( 5ml 3 times a day ) . Her stool was very hard at that time . Now after 2 days her fever is down and she is active but she has started loose motion . My doctor advised to give her Z&D also to control the loose motion . To supplement her vitamin needs I am also giving her Nutrolin B . My question - Is nutrolin B and Z& D are complementary and can I give both as per required dosage or do I need to stop 1. RGds

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the child became afebrile means not fever is there then it is nothing to worry and not need to give any medicine, the symptoms of diarrhea could be due to antibiotic, if the diarrhea persist then probiotic like Lactobacillus can be used and beside this no need to try anything but take care in healthy diet and safe drinking water, hope this information helps.
